ServiceNow Specialist

Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow application.

About the job

In your future role as ServiceNow Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and technical best practices.

In your future role as ServiceNow Specialist you will

• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions to meet business and technical requirements
• Oversee the execution of ServiceNow development and configuration projects, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and junior members while supporting technical governance processes.
• Work closely with business process owners to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet operational needs and drive end-user adoption.
• Analyze platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions.

We believe you bring

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in technical area of expertise
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration
• Expertise in integrations (APIs, JDBC, file-based parsers) and Service Portal development
• Knowledge in ITMS, HRSD, SPM and App Engine Applications

Great if you have

• ServiceNow Certificated System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management
