RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is within Kroll’s Data Insights and Forensics practice to support primarily two types of projects:
- Kroll helps clients select and implement Legal automation software, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Document Management Systems (DMS) and more. These projects, particularly CLM projects, involve integration with a wide range of Enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and Procurement systems.
- Kroll also helps clients collect and analyze vast amounts of data and documents in connection with litigation and investigations. These projects require database design and administration skills for complex databases, knowledge of enterprise applications, knowledge of Artificial Intelligence engines to analyze documents, and use of eDiscovery software.
Kroll is seeking individuals with programming and/or database skills. This role is an integral part of the project team and will support the technical and functional arms of the project teams to develop comprehensive contracting functionality for our clients.
Responsibilities may include:
- Participating in business operations analysis, planning and testing enterprise integrations and functionality to create efficiencies and automations based on client requirements and our functional team’s design.
- Working with teams on complex open-ended investigative projects to discover anomalies, unusual behaviors/trends, and to measure risks for the purposes of forensic and regulatory investigations, compliance and litigation work. Example areas of work will include fraud, bribery and corruption, sanctions, money laundering, data governance and privacy, market abuse, insider trading and many more.
- Design, setup, and administration of complex relational databases in the context of enterprise applications, doing investigative analytics, and/or developing complex reporting.
- Technical design and configuration of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software solutions, including Agiloft, Conga, Ironclad, and Sirion. Training will be provided on these applications, as necessary.
- Understanding and executing on unstructured / Discovery technology platforms such as Relativity and Reveal.
- Design and development of integrations between business applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Approximately 2+ years of overall software and/or database development experience
- Experience in secure, scalable cloud solutions is a plus.
- Programming proficiency in Java and Java Script, Salesforce development (including APEX, Visual Force, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs)
- Databases: SQL Server, Oracle - Neo4j is a plus
- Scripting and exploration: Python, SQL
- Experience in importing, validating, and exporting data from relational databases
- Experience in requirements gathering and design creation through business requirements
- Experience in projects implementing CLM solutions (Agiloft, Conga, Ironclad, and Sirion) is a plus.
- Experience designing and developing integrations leveraging API calls, Boomi, Workato, Mulesoft, and/or other middleware platforms.
- Knowledge with Salesforce.com technical Architecture, Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and working knowledge on Flosum Salesforce Continuous Deployment Tool is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both internally and client facing is a must.
