Supply and Demand Senior Analyst – São Paulo

· Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns, improving the Forecast accuracy KPIs.

· Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities, identifying the current and future supply changes and supply risks (short supplies or excess inventory).

· Accountable for Supply Assurance of assigned product portfolio (typically larger and/or more complex portfolio than Supply Planners).

· Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.

· Review forecast changes, new business opportunities evaluation, and identify significant demand risks.

· Conduct monthly forecast maintenance working with customers, commercial team and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy.

· Oversee demand planning and update customers and commercial team about product availabilities.

· Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply.

· Participate activilly in the monthly S&OP meetings.

Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures; Strong analytical skills are required - ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determining root cause of issues and drawing proper conclusions from analysis; Ability to manage, track and drive resolution of complex issues as well as improvement initiatives in parallel; Excellence in verbal and written English communication, Spanish desirable; Expertise in use and leveraging of ERP systems and reporting tools (E.g. SAP R/3, Business Intelligence tools, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Powerpoint. Power BI is a Plus…).
