Activities

• Manage the routine of the team responsible for setup and cleaning of the club's halls.
• Create work schedules for the team, coordinating with outsourced staff as needed.
• Contact clients/ceremonialists of closed events, coordinating technical visits and operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with the club's rules and procedures for events, taking appropriate actions.
• Oversee event setup with the team as aligned with clients, ensuring care and preservation of the halls.
• Attend to events, being available at the client's request.
• Supervise event dismantling.
• Coordinate with other club departments regarding the entry and exit of people and suppliers.
• Establish routine inspections of the halls, identifying necessary improvements.

Requirements

• Complete high school education.
• Experience in the activities described.
